It is also important to us that language communication is not an obstacle to successful treatment. Therefore, we make every effort to arrange an interpreter for you if necessary.

Interpreters at Vitos

Language communication is a prerequisite for successful treatment. Therefore, we make every effort to arrange an interpreter for you if necessary or requested. There are various possibilities for this at Vitos.

Interpreters

Vitos works with various interpreting and translation agencies and also with community interpreting services. Depending on the location, this may be a different interpreting service. There is usually a long-standing and trusting cooperation with these services.

In-house interpreters

Vitos also has in-house interpreters. Vitos employees who speak another language fluently in addition to German are engaged for this purpose. They are trained accordingly for this task.

The languages for which Vitos can provide you with an in-house interpreter vary from location to location.

Video interpreting

Vitos uses the option of video interpreting when necessary. An interpreter can be connected to a conversation via video. This is useful, for example, if no interpreter is available on site.

Video interpreting allows Vitos to request interpreters in more than 60 languages.
